DOMINO by Sim2 is a concise range of high quality projectors, which brings SIM2 quality to the budget-conscious home theatre enthusiast.The latest addition to this series is the all-new DOMINO D60, a FULL HD 1080p DLP projector which delivers outstanding HD images at a very attractive price point.
The D60 uses Texas Instruments DarkChip3 DLP chipset with 1920x1080 resolution and using TI's DynamicBlack contrast-enhancement systems delivers crisp, colourful images without the motion blur that is associated with other projection technologies. One very useful feature of the DOMINO D60 is a set of 3 different preset viewing modes (Cinema, Dynamic, Standard) and 3 customisable memory slots, which allow the user to adjust the projectors' parameters of the selected mode such as brightness, contrast, colour and gamma in order to match the customer's picture preferences. Ease of set up is another of this proejectors strengths, with powered vertical lens shift (+60%/-40%) on offer, installation of the DOMINO D60 is simple and straghtforward And in silent mode (25dB) you may not even notice that the projector is above your head!!!
The DOMINO D60 is compatible with all video standards (including 1080O@24Hz) and offers a wide choice of connectivity for both analog and digital sources, including 2 HDMI inputs, making it eminently suitable for use with today's HD devices. Combine all this with RS232 control, 12v trigger connection, and Sim2's excellent reputation for quality projection and you have a very hard to beat projector on your hands.
